All that we need to commence the FRA is:

- the full postal address (including post code)

- a brief description of the existing site and the proposed development and copies of any drawings or plans

- copies of any relevant corespondence from the Environment Agency or the local planning authority

- a plan showing site levels relative to Ordnance Datum. If you dont have this we can arrange for site surveys to be undertaken as part of the FRA. (more information on surveys)
